Rules & Regulations

• If the applicable submit all the documents, fees & Proof of licence, the test will be conducted with in 60 days from the applied date. (Note: if Govt. announce any holidays, then that day will be extended)
• The test will be informed early by institute through phone. If any papplicable cannot attend the test, they will be liable to pay a fine as per institute rules. Next test date will be declare only after paying the fine.
• The validity of license application will be only 6 months from the applied date.
• Licence cancellation and fees refunding will note be permitted.
• Application should be on the test ground at 7 a.m.exacltly on the day of test, applicable should leave the test ground only after saying the vehicle test is completed.
• The applicable should participate the test, must obey the rules & regulation of RTO norms.
• Vehicles used in the test should be operated by the applicable only by the instruction given by the Authorities from the institute.
• If any person who make damage to the vehicles or make any accident in the ground its full responsibilities is to that person.
• All cases related to this will be under the jurisdication of the Magistrate Court, Punalur.
• The MVD issue the learners license date by the MVD after submitted all the relevant prginal documnets such as SSLC Book ,Aadhar, 7 Photo eye test, blood test, etc, Al the consequences that are creating without attending test on that date, only the applicant responsibilty.
• After successfully pass the learning, license test will be conducted within 50 days, if not any government holidays and other government issues.
• Applicant shoud be clear the punished license and expired license, if any issue will not apply the test.
• Capablitity of operating machinery below 50% should be attend regular course.
• Capablitity of operating machinery 50% should be attend Trail class.
